I bought this device to work with my Linksys Wireless-G router to provide better wireless to a problem spot in my house. I have a Mac, so the setup disk was useless at the start. My attempts at mannually configuring the device failed, the online articles were not helpful, so I broke down and called Linksys support. I should have done that first thing. After a short wait, I got through to a very competent support person who asked some questions aboutmy wireless network. I needed to update my very out-of-date firmware on my wirless router (which was the problem with my first attempts), then she was able to easily walk me through configuring the device. Best support call I've ever had. Since then the product has worked flawlessly and I have full-strength wireless anywhere in the house.
Good product with excellent support.

After receiving this product I was unable to set it up. I was on the phone with customer support for over 3 hours and we were still unable to get this set up. It is still unusable. Needless to say, I am totally unsatisfied!!!
