I lost the plug to my Vonage device in a military move. The seller posted the product to me within 24 hours- even with me making the purchase late friday/early saturday, and it arrived within three days, which is a record for a package being shipped to an APO address! I would definitely use this seller again, as well as recommend Vonage to anyone. It's great living in the UK, having a local USA number to call family, and still be able to call my British phone numbers for free (landlines)!!
